Following Mobistar's acquisition of KPN Belgium Business's activities, Thierry Janssen carried out a 6 month assignment to help us and support us through the process of integrating these activities into the scope of the Mobistar group. With the conclusion of this assignment, Mobistar is thrilled by the quality of the services delivered by Thierry Janssen over this 6 month period.
Thierry Janssen was able to very quickly understand the issues relating to this assignment and the difficulties to be overcome. He was able to quickly and efficiently analyse the issue, meet all the stakeholders and draw up a coherent and structured action plan. Throughout this 6 month period Thierry's experience and skills were very useful to us in identifying risks, structuring the integration process, developing a good communication flow and chairing the different working groups.
